Dental Milling

Roland DGA (www.rolanddga.com) has introduced a new CNC four-axis milling machine for the dental industry, the DWX-30. It directly produces copings, crowns and bridges in zirconia and wax with its 100-W, 30,000 rpm spindle. It features an integrated clamping system capable of holding a variety of material sizes for machining and an integrated dust collection system. The work area is 9.4 x 8.1 x 3.9 in, X, Y, Z. Tool sensors automate machine and tool setup, saving time and simplifying operation.
