Its DPControl works to suggest electrode undersize and rationalize the amount of electrodes for the most effective machining. It features a high speed Z axis and a high speed finishing feature, while offering a 2.36 ips traverse rate on its X,Y and Z axes, maintaining accuracy through 0.00002-in resolution glass scales. The FO350SP can handle work pieces up to 31.5 x 21.7 x 14.6-in and 1,100 lb, while accommodating electrodes of up to 110 lb.
