It is crowd-sourcing meets DIY television. SolidWorks has announced a new initiative, that is having members of the SolidWorks community propose projects that may be developed—from concept through production—depending on how well they are being received by the community at large. Called “Let’s Go Design,” and located on a website of that name, it will allow community members to witness the development. And it will undoubtedly come up with projects that may become products that are as cool as this Traverston V-Rex Motorcycle (designed with SolidWorks software).
