Faster CFD-Post Processing Software

Intelligent Light (www.ilight.com; Rutherford, NJ) has released FieldView 12.1.  This CFD post-processing software now has high-performance parallel capabilities, which means drastic reductions in the time required to read-in parallel data and run simulations. According to one company, one task in particular was reduced from four hours to less than 15 seconds. The FieldView software is interactive and identifies flow features and characteristics in simulations. Version 12.1 includes a 64-bit FieldView server for the Microsoft Windows HPC Server family.
